Seriously! Anyway, I don’t find time to post or eat healthy or exercise or anything nice to me, but here I go again. I have a plan, and we will see if I can stick to it this time. I am going to make the stuff in the pics I repost, because it all looks so freaking tasty! I have to get some sleep now and get up early to go to the gym. Hoorah! Couch to 5k: Week 1, Session 1
5 min warmup, then jog 60 sec, walk 90 sec for 20 min Jogged at 7mins/km, Walked at 10:20mins/km Distance 2.76k — Awesome. There were times I wanted to keep running, but I’m following the plan so I can pace myself. I will be able to run a 5k non-stop by mid January! — I needed to do this today too, I have a preliminary job interview today at lunch time and exercise...
Actually gonna say something!
I have had such a great day! I woke up and exercised and ate like a champion. I’m keeping track of what I eat, on SparkPeople. I track my exercise too, but I only track the stuff I do purposely as “exercise.” I walk to work and back, to the grocery store, friend’s houses, out to town…. but I did all that while I was gaining weight too, so it doesn’t count! ...
