Peanut-Butter and Jelly, the natural & no-added sugar version!
Peanut Butter: PB2, 2 tablespoons + 2 tablespoons of water (I like mine a little creamier)
Jelly: Real raspberries! Jellies and jams have too much added sugar, artificial flavors, or artificial sweeteners. For just 15 calories, you can have 1/4 cup of real, natural fruit. The sugar-free Smuckers jellies are 10 calories, but are completely processed.
Bread: Julian Bakery Smart Carb #1 (109 Calories, 13 g protein, 13 g fiber!) But you can use whatever bread you wish!
